3. For YouTube Streaming (Additional Content)
Sequence:
Settings > General > Volume & Audio
Settings > General > Volume & Audio > Speaker Audio
Settings > General > Volume & Audio > Speaker Audio > Stereo Uncompressed
For Youtube and other content this is encoded in stereo 2.0, XBOX system is not able to upmix 2.0 to multiple channels audio when set to “Bitstream” in XBOX. To solve this issue of getting surround audio when streaming YouTube, Set XBOX’s audio setting to “Stereo uncompressed”. In this way, the XBOX will send 2.0 audio to the soundbar, and the soundbar will upmix it via SSE (ensure soundbar is in “Dolby Surr” mode) with surround audio. This way the surround speakers will have audio. Please note: *When playing other apps e,g. Netflix, Disney + and etc with Dolby Atmos or 5.1 audio, set the XBOX audio setting back to “Bitstream”.
