Connect Device's HDMI OUT to DRAGON HDMI 2, 3 or 4 with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

For maximum stability, set COLOR DEPTH to 8 Bits.

Sequence:

Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio
Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output
Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > Always Dolby Digital Plus

Press the INFO button on DRAGON remote control to verify the audio format received on DRAGON via on-screen display (Dolby / DTS audio for best audio)

Connect TV's HDMI eARC to DRAGON HDMI 1 eARC with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.1 cable (48Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

Select output or Dolby Digital Plus for audio systems supporting Dolby Digital Plus and ARC. If you use ARC and optical audio out, select [Dolby Digital]. (Dolby Digital Plus will be muted over optical audio out.)

If your TV has been connected to a sound system previously, perform full reset on your TV to clear the cache.

Play a video with 5.1 surround audio (e.g Stranger Things on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video) before setting up
