STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:​

Connect TV's HDMI eARC to DRAGON HDMI 1 eARC with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.1 cable (48Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

 

If your TV has been connected to a sound system previously, unplug your TV from power supply for 5 minutes to refresh the HDMI connection.

Click on the arrow button at the sides of the image to go forward/backward for settings. (Click on image to enlarge)

Sequence:

  1. All Settings > Sound > Sound Out

  2. Sound > Sound Out > Use Wired Speaker

  3. Sound > Sound Out > Use Wired Speaker > HDMI (ARC/eARC) Device

  4. Sound > Advanced Settings

  5. Sound > Advanced Settings > Match Screen and Sound

  6. Sound > Advanced Settings > Match Screen and Sound > HDMI(ARC/eARC) Device Delay > 0

  7. Sound > Advanced Settings > Digital Sound Output

  8. Sound > Advanced Settings > Digital Sound Output > Auto

  9. Sound > Advanced Settings > eARC Support > On

Press the INFO button on DRAGON remote control to verify the audio format received on DRAGON (Dolby/DTS audio for best audio)
