Factory reset after each firmware upgrade for optimal performance.
⚠️ All custom presets, input names, and calibration values will be reset. Screenshot your settings in the app first.

Power on Shockwafe Wireless.

Press and hold the POWER button for 5 seconds, or until "SYSTEM RESET" appears.

The system will reset to factory settings, “REBOOT”, then switch to “TV eARC / ARC” input source.

Frequently asked questions
Shockwafe Wireless could not detect my USB drive. What should I do?

Ensure your USB 2.0/3.0 drive is 32GB or smaller, formatted to FAT32/FAT. Click here for formatting instructions.

Insert the drive only after switching to USB mode.

Re-insert the USB drive if it is already connected.
Shockwafe Wireless gets stuck reading the USB drive. What should I do?

Unplug the USB drive, and re-download the firmware file. Place a fresh copy on the USB drive. Follow instructions above to try upgrading again.

If that doesn’t work, perform a factory reset. Press ⚙️ SETUP button repeatedly, until “SYSTEM RESET” is displayed by the soundbar. Press ENTER.

Press ▶️ twice to select RESET Y. Press ENTER. Shockwafe will reboot with default settings applied.

Go to USB mode. Plug in the USB drive, then wait for the system to detect the firmware upgrade.
The firmware upgrade failed. What should I do?

Do not remove the USB drive or power off any Shockwafe Wireless component during the upgrade.

Your USB drive may be incompatible. Use a high-quality USB 2.0/3.0 drive under 32GB, formatted to FAT/FAT32. If available, try a different USB drive.

The firmware file may be incomplete. Re-download it and copy a fresh version to the USB drive.
