Solving Audio Disruptions for  Shockwafe Wireless

💡 Always use HDMI 2.1 cables for all connections. Older or low-quality cables may interfere with audio and video transmission, causing similar symptoms.

Perform a soundbar reset:

1. Power on Shockwafe Wireless and all speaker components.

2. Check wireless speaker connection. Each subwoofer and surround speaker has a blue LED light that turns on briefly when the system starts, then turns off. To verify pairing status, raise or lower the system volume. If the speaker’s blue LED lights up, it is paired to the soundbar.

5. â€‹The soundbar will then power off and restart automatically after a few seconds, before defaulting to the “TV eARC / ARC” input source.
