Sequence:

  1. System Settings > Scroll to TV

  2. System Settings > Scroll to TV > Press A Button on game controller

  3. System Settings > Scroll to TV > TV Output Type

  4. System Settings > Scroll to TV > TV Output Type > Surround > OK
