STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:​



Scroll left and right to see the audio settings for you TV. (Enlarge image by clicking on it)

1. Audio Settings

Sequence:

  1. Settings > Sound & Screen > Audio Output Settings

  2. Settings > Sound & Screen > Audio Output Settings > Primary Output Port

  3. Settings > Sound & Screen > Audio Output Settings > Primary Output Port > HDMI Out (uncheck the box of Ouput 5.1ch Audio)

  4. Settings > Sound & Screen > Audio Output Settings > Audio Format (Priority)

  5. Settings > Sound & Screen > Audio Output Settings > Audio Format (Priority) > Bitstream (Dolby)



2. Blu-ray Settings

Sequence:

  1. Insert Blu-Ray Disc into your PS5 (Disc Version only). Click on the Disc Player App when it appears. Play the Disc. 

  2. Control Panel > Settings

  3. Settings > Audio Format > Bitstream (Direct)
