Select the User Interface below that matches your TV:

Note: TV Video Settings are automatic. 

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:​

Connect TV's HDMI ARC to DRAGON HDMI 1 eARC with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.1 cable (48Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

Select output of [Dolby Digital Plus] for audio systems supporting Dolby Digital Plus via eARC. If you use ARC and optical audio out, select [Dolby Digital]. (Dolby Digital Plus will be muted over optical audio out.)

If your TV has been connected to a sound system previously, unplug your TV from power supply for 5 minutes to refresh the HDMI connection.

Play a video with 5.1 surround audio (e.g Stranger Things on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video) before setting up

Scroll left and right to see the audio settings for you TV. (Enlarge image by clicking on it)

Sequence:

  1. Settings > Audio

  2. Settings > Audio > TV Speakers > Off

  3. Settings > Audio > Surround Sound > On

  4. Settings > Audio > Volume Levelling > Off

  5. Settings > Audio > Digital Audio Out > Auto

  6. Settings > Audio > eARC > On

Press the INFO button on DRAGON remote control to verify the audio format received on DRAGON (Dolby / DTS audio for best audio)
