Connect Device's HDMI OUT to DRAGON HDMI 2, 3 or 4 with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

For maximum stability, set COLOR DEPTH to 8 Bits.

Display & Sounds > Audio > Surround Sound > Best Available
Display & Sounds > Audio > Advanced Sound
Display & Sounds > Audio > Advanced Sound > Volume Leveler > Off
Display & Sounds > Audio > Advanced Sound > Dialogue Enhancer > Off

Press the INFO button on DRAGON remote control to verify the audio format received on DRAGON via on-screen display (Dolby / DTS audio for best audio)

Connect TV's HDMI eARC to DRAGON HDMI 1 eARC with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.1 cable (48Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

Select output or Dolby Digital Plus for audio systems supporting Dolby Digital Plus and ARC. If you use ARC and optical audio out, select [Dolby Digital]. (Dolby Digital Plus will be muted over optical audio out.)

If your TV has been connected to a sound system previously, perform full reset on your TV to clear the cache.

Play a video with 5.1 surround audio (e.g Stranger Things on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video) before setting up

Ensure your TV HDMI ARC port supports min of HDCP 2.2 standard to allow 4K HDR / Dolby Vision display. Check your TV manual for more information.

Ensure the Deep color mode on your TV is enabled to allow HDR / Dolby Vision video format.

Settings > Display & Sounds > Display > Video Resolution > Auto
Settings > Display & Sounds > Display > Color Depth > 8 bits
Settings > Display & Sounds > Display > Color Format > Auto
Settings > Display & Sounds > Display > Dynamic Range Settings > Always HDR

Play HDR or Dolby Vision contents on Netflix to verify video output format. Your TV will display a notification mentioning the HDR or Dolby Vision format is activated. Alternatively, press the INFO button on DRAGON remote to verify video format output via on-screen display.
